ABC of Florida’s State Convention Brings Together Industry Champions and Lawmakers

The recent ABC Florida State Convention and Legislative Planning Conference brought industry leaders, policymakers, and advocates together at the Naples Grande Beach Resort. Over three days of meetings, networking, and strategy sessions, members from across the state worked to shape priorities for the year ahead while strengthening relationships that drive the merit shop mission forward.

The event featured the ABC of Florida State Board of Directors meeting, attended by current and past board chairs, legislative committee members, and ABC Institute leadership. Florida’s newly appointed Chief Financial Officer, Blaise Ingoglia, headlined the VIP luncheon as guest speaker, sharing insights on Florida’s economic outlook and the role of pro-business policies in sustaining growth.

Throughout the conference, attendees engaged with former Representative Mike Miller, Vice President of External Affairs and Workforce Integration for Space Florida, Speaker Designate Sam Garrison, and State Representatives Mike Ginallombardo, Traci Koster, Tiffany Esposito, Lauren Melo, and Senator Nick DiCeglie, who championed fostering dialogue on workforce development, regulatory reform, and legislative strategies.
