The ABC Institute Apprenticeship College started the academic year with 979 students enrolled across Florida, reinforcing our role as the state’s leader in workforce development and placement. This year’s class includes 881 apprentices, 98 craft trainees, and 280 first-year apprentices. This is a testament to the continued demand for hands-on, employer-sponsored education.
ABCI is also expanding its footprint with new training locations in Florida, including one in Cocoa Beach that offers a lineman program, and another in Mims where a plumbing campus will be opening. These additions bring opportunities to even more communities, while aligning with our mission to recruit, educate, and train the skilled professionals who power Florida’s construction industry.
With over 800 job-ready candidates available and more than 50 successful job placements in the past year, ABCI continues to build pathways for students while meeting the needs of employers. Together, we are training the next generation of talent while building careers, companies, and communities.
