ABC Florida East Coast endorsed Ralph “Rafael” Rosado in the recent Miami City Commission District 4 special election. We congratulate him on a decisive victory. Rosado secured around 55% of the vote, earning the community’s confidence and advancing the values that ABC-FEC stands behind.

During his swearing-in speech, the Commissioner stated “we must streamline the permitting process and all other city processes, so we are that much a business friendlier and resident friendlier city. We have to support those who want to plant their flag in the city of Miami.”

An urban planner and former city manager, Rosado brings deep experience and a forward-looking perspective to the commission. We look forward to working with Commissioner Rosado as he steps into this vital leadership role for the City of Miami.
