ABC-FEC Voices Industry Call for Stability

ABC Florida East Coast continues to lead the conversation shaping Florida’s construction industry. Just days ago, our President & CEO, Peter Dyga, was featured in the Sun Sentinel discussing the challenges and uncertainties surrounding immigration policy and its impact on the construction workforce.

The article outlined how sweeping federal decisions on Temporary Protective Status are sending ripples through industries that rely on skilled labor, including construction. While other voices raised concerns about labor shortages, ABC’s leadership emphasized the need for predictability and long-term solutions.

As Peter Dyga noted, “The bottom line is there is no doubt the industry is worried or has to consider a potential impact… We care about predictability.
