ABC-FEC Added 112 New Members in 2024
January 14, 2025According to a study by ABC National, the construction industry will need 439,000 new workers in 2025 and 499,000 in 2026 to meet anticipated demand. A younger workforce and slowed retirements are improving labor availability, but filling open positions remains a challenge, particularly for manufacturing and data center construction projects.
To assist in bridging the industry’s talent gap, ABC Institute Apprenticeship College has over 400 entry-level candidates ready to work now! We cover seven construction trades, and our students are available statewide.
ABCI emphasizes workforce development through innovative education and apprenticeship programs. Practical technology, upskilling opportunities, and potential immigration reforms are crucial to expanding the construction talent pipeline and sustaining industry growth.
