According to a study by ABC National, the construction industry will need 439,000 new workers in 2025 and 499,000 in 2026 to meet anticipated demand. A younger workforce and slowed retirements are improving labor availability, but filling open positions remains a challenge, particularly for manufacturing and data center construction projects.

To assist in bridging the industry’s talent gap, ABC Institute Apprenticeship College has over 400 entry-level candidates ready to work now! We cover seven construction trades, and our students are available statewide.
