Alka Ramchandani-Raj is a shareholder in the Walnut Creek, California, office of Littler Mendelson P.C., where she serves as co-chair of the firm’s occupational safety and health practice group. As an experienced employment lawyer with a concentration in federal and state OSHA law, Ramchandani-Raj assists employers with preinjury/illness preventative practices, including site inspections and policy development, as well as employers who have experienced workplace injuries and accidents.
