John Parker of PCL Construction Services, Inc. has been appointed Chair of ABC-FEC’s Legislative Committee. A valued member of the ABC-FEC Board of Directors, Mr. Parker brings a wealth of business experience and leadership to this vital role in our organization. Joining him as Vice Chair is Sam Wilcox of the Harm Reduction Center, who also serves on the Board of Directors of the ABC Institute. Together, they will spearhead efforts to address key priorities, including correcting the distribution of the state’s apprenticeship funding to support the growth of the ABC Institute Apprenticeship College and its cutting-edge facilities.

We extend our deepest gratitude to Holly Loeffler of Moss & Associates for her outstanding service as Chair over the past two years. Her dedication and leadership were instrumental in driving the committee’s success.
