The U.S. Departments of Labor, Commerce, and Education have unveiled America’s Talent Strategy: Equipping American Workers for the Golden Age, a landmark plan designed to transform the nation’s workforce system and fuel economic growth. Guided by President Trump’s America First agenda, the strategy lays out five pillars focused on expanding Registered Apprenticeships, aligning education with industry needs, streamlining systems, and ensuring accountability and innovation.
