ABCI Connects with Future Builders

ABC Institute Apprenticeship College (ABCI) took part in the annual Generals Club Construction Day hosted by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County, joining industry professionals in introducing young students to career opportunities in construction. The event brought together participants from all 16 local clubs for a day centered on exploration, education, and hands-on learning.

Throughout the event, students engaged directly with industry representatives, gaining exposure to a variety of trades and career paths. ABCI representatives were on-site to highlight apprenticeship opportunities, emphasize the value of continuing education, and provide guidance on entering and advancing in the construction industry.

The event delivered a meaningful, early introduction to the skilled trades, reinforcing ABCI’s commitment to workforce development and inspiring the next generation to pursue rewarding careers in construction.
