Apprentices in real life
Right after attending an ABC event, I stopped by Palm Beach Atlantic University. As I walked through campus, I experienced one of those moments that reminds you exactly why we do what we do: I ran into two of our ABC Institute third-year apprentices from Stryker Electric.
What followed filled me with pride.
One of them, our National Craft Championship representative, Daniel Fuentes, shared his experience at that prestigious competition with genuine gratitude. You could feel in his words and his demeanor that the opportunity meant something real.
Standing there, speaking with them, I felt a deep sense of appreciation. Appreciation for their growth, their commitment, and the journey they’ve embraced. These aren’t just apprentices. These are real people building their futures in real time.
Moments like this remind us that ABC Institute Apprenticeship College is doing more than training skilled professionals. We are shaping lives, opening doors, and strengthening the communities we serve.
