As part of Construction Safety Week, ABC Cares Foundation joined mental health partner Harm Reduction Center, LLC (HARC) and Milwaukee Tool to host safety stand-downs at active construction jobsites, reinforcing the importance of both physical safety and mental health awareness in the construction industry. The initiative brought together contractors, workers, and industry leaders to promote a culture focused on keeping construction professionals safe, healthy, and supported on and off the job. ABC Cares recognizes the leadership and commitment of industry partners, including Moss Construction and Kast Construction, for helping advance a stronger culture of safety across the industry. Through its collaborative partnership with OSHA, Associated Builders and Contractors continues to work with member contractors to strengthen jobsite safety programs, mental health awareness, and workforce wellbeing, ensuring construction professionals return home safely at the end of every shift.
