ABC Student Chapter Wins Organization of the Year

The ABC Florida Tech Student Chapter earned top honors at this year’s Student Leader Awards, winning Organization of the Year, while Genevieve Spitaletto was named Student Leader of the Year. The recognition highlights the chapter’s growth and Spitaletto’s leadership in rebuilding it into a strong pipeline connecting students with industry opportunities.

“To me, student leadership is not defined by personal achievement or recognition, but by the impact we have on others and the opportunities we create for future students,” said Spitaletto, reflecting on the chapter’s growth from three members to nearly 50.

The ABC student chapter at Florida Tech continues to develop future construction professionals, advancing ABC’s mission to strengthen the workforce through education, mentorship, and industry engagement.
