Federal agencies enforcing PLAs on 12 contested projects must reverse course by February 3, or the judge will issue a nationwide injunction. An unsealed decision is expected this week, further exposing the rule’s legal flaws.

This decision strengthens ABC’s case against the PLA mandate, reinforcing that it violates the Competition in Contracting Act.
