She is the founder and CEO of Key Innovative Solutions, where she leads workforce development initiatives by connecting industry and education to build talent pipelines for high-demand sectors, including construction, aerospace, manufacturing, cybersecurity, and semiconductors. She specializes in helping employers identify workforce needs and aligning training programs to prepare students and adults for high-wage careers. A recognized leader in education policy, Hoffman served five years as a gubernatorial appointee to the Southern Region Education Board and as a Commissioner on the Florida Commission on the Status of Women, where she championed efforts to expand STEM opportunities. She also served on the Florida Virtual School Foundation Board.
