11 – ABC-FEC and our Political Influence
November 1, 202412 – 2024 Election Wrap Up
November 11, 2024President Donald Trump’s policies are a threat to bureaucracy, not democracy, and have been instrumental in curbing the unchecked growth of the federal government. By focusing on deregulation and executive orders aimed at reducing red tape, Trump’s administration demonstrated and looked to empower businesses and individuals rather than government agencies. One of his signature efforts was the “two-out, one-in” policy, which required federal agencies to eliminate two existing regulations for every new one introduced. This helped streamline the regulatory process, enabling companies to focus on innovation and growth without being bogged down by excessive government interference.
President Trump previously prioritized rolling back regulations from various agencies, reducing their ability to impose unnecessary, costly, and time-consuming requirements on industries like energy, manufacturing, and agriculture. This allowed businesses to work more freely, generating jobs and boosting the economy. There is no doubt we all were better off four years ago.
By taking these measures, Trump lessened the influence of unelected bureaucrats who often create barriers to progress without accountability to the American public. His administration emphasized the importance of reducing governmental overreach, making it easier for private enterprises to flourish. In doing so, Trump paved the way for a more streamlined, efficient government that serves the people rather than dictating to them.
This is why our national, state, and local Boards of Directors have all endorsed Mr. Trump for President. We hope you will join us in helping restore more prosperous and peaceful times.
