ABC Institute recently welcomed Hialeah Council Vice President Melinda De La Vega and Councilmember Monica Perez to its flagship Apprenticeship Training Academy in Hialeah. They met with ABCI’s Director of Education, Alberto Altamiranda, and ABC-FEC’s Director of Government and Political Affairs, TJ Long. Our distinguished visitors toured the facility and focused on workforce development and apprenticeship education opportunities in the community.
During the visit, ABCI leaders highlighted the institute’s growing presence in Hialeah, discussed the impact of apprenticeship training programs on local workforce development, and explored future partnership opportunities. The discussions centered on creating pathways that will support residents, strengthen local businesses, and contribute to the city’s continued growth.
