The 2025 National Craft Championships at the ABC Convention in Las Vegas displayed skill, dedication, and craftsmanship. Nearly 200 of the nation’s top craft professionals competed in 11 trades, putting their expertise to the test through rigorous written and hands-on challenges.

Four ABCI students participated in this elite competition, where students demonstrated their talents in three different trades. Hard work and commitment reflected the bright future of the construction industry, where precision, safety, and excellence are paramount. The participants were:

• Juan Aguirre Montañez, 3rd Year, Fire Sprinkler, Patriot Fire Inc.
• Thomas Lasater, 4th Year, Plumbing, Buckeye Plumbing Inc.
• Vladimir Sufra, 4th Year, Electrical, Stryker Electrical Contracting
• Christian Chia, 4th Year, Electrical, C & F Electric, Inc.
