Caroline Frasier
She is a double Florida State University graduate with degrees in communications and digital media studies and a Juris Master focused on healthcare regulation.
Before entering Florida politics, she was a first-grade teacher and Miss Florida USA, later becoming a Miss USA finalist. She also worked with SmileTrain, Best Buddies and Make-a-Wish.
Frasier later served in the Florida Senate, advising on policy, budget matters, and constituent services.
As Senior Legislative Aide to the Senate Budget Chairman, she gained extensive experience with the state budget and appropriations process. Based in Tampa, she serves clients there and in Tallahassee on legislative, local government and public affairs matters.
